Then press and hold SYNC button for 5 seconds until you hear a beep and LED starts blinking blue — this puts the base into pairing mode. On your phone (with internet access), open Koocam app, tap '+' icon, and scan QR code on bottom label. If scanning fails, tap 'SN' button to enter serial number from same label. Follow app prompts; when you see 'Connected successfully,' your base is online and ready
